Caritasverband Olpe would like to increase its attractiveness as an employer on the job market, primarily in the Olpe region. The level of awareness regarding the opportunities available to motivated employees is not high enough. An employer brand shall be developed as a strategic basis to strengthen the company identity and to build an image.Solution:
After a successful assessment phase and finalizing the EVP “Giving meaning. Finding happiness.”, a campaign idea was developed that was accurately realized with Caritas employees. All contents comply with the strategic direction indicated as part of the EVP in a simple and easily understandable way.
