BeeSite® by milch & zucker receives the seal of quality „Best Applicant Management Software 2016“ from ICR, Institute for Competitive Recruiting. In the category with more than 10,00 employees, BeeSite prevailed against SAP SuccessFactors (2nd place) and Oracle Taleo (3rd place). The HR software solution scored points convincingly in process-related criteria in particular, such as user friendliness for applicants, data security, publishing job ads as well as receiving, maintaining and managing applications. The customer service was also assessed as being significantly above average. In the ICR’s yearly report, more than 400 customers of applicant management systems were asked for their opinions. The results are based on satisfaction levels across 24 functional areas, as well as the frequency of use.
“The award for being Germany’s best E-Recruiting software 2016 in a category of this size can be claimed with proud by BeeSite”, said Wolfgang Brickwedde, Director of the ICR. With more than 160 systems, the recruiting software market can be very confusing. An appraisal from recruiters who are already using the system in their everyday work is even more significant.

Software provider from Hesse invests in green building office, new construction Friedrich-List-Straße 23

„milch & zucker“, medium-sized software producer and marketing agency, will move from Bad Nauheim to the commercial area Giessen-West in autumn 2017. Here, new work places for software developers, project managers and marketing specialists will be developed. The ground-breaking ceremony is on Monday 17th of October 2016.
Due to the continuous growth, the current offices in Bad Nauheim, Wetterau (about 25km from Giessen) have finally reached full capacity. A decisive factor in the construction of a completely new office building on the more than 4,000m² large plot in the commercial area West is the interesting location within Giessen. “We have a better opportunities to find new employees within the commuter belt of Giessen, Marburg and Wetzlar”, explained Ingolf Teetz, CEO of the milch & zucker Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Company AG. The newly cleared plot on Friedrich-List-Straße offers enough space for a three-storey building with underfloor heating and heat exchangers for environmentally-friendly air-conditioning in the offices, designed according to the newest energy standards.
Since 1998, milch & zucker has been developing software in the field of talent acquisition and talent management on the one hand, while offering agency services regarding employer branding (strategic employer image) and recruitment management (implementing the strategic concepts) in bad Nauheim and Hamburg.
About 120 employees work for customers like Bosch, Telekom, Lufthansa and many more companies. This also includes further developing and marketing the premium job market “Jobstairs The Top Company Portal”, with more than 28,000 job ads daily. “We are always looking for new employees, both in software development and marketing.
