Use dynamic forms to report personnel requirementswith the provided templates. Every step of the process is documented in a history. The data is automatically used for the job posting.

Vacancy management


Import the data or create job postings directly in the system. Publish job ads with you corporate design. Use not only text and pictures, but also videos, route planners, links, benefits and contact data. Publish the vacancies on your website, the intranet, external job markets and social networks. Use statitistics as a tool to analyse where the best applicants are coming from.

Applicant management


HR and departmental managers purposefully process candidates according to company-specific work flows. Identify top applicants via matching functions; while collecting functions make the mass processing of candidates easier. Indicating multiple applications, rejection management compliant with the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), e-mail communication, comments, interview notes, skill management, export options and much more will make your daily administrative work easier.

We complete an annual certification process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 27001:2015, scope of application: Programming, implementation, customizing, operation and support for standard software used for eRecruiting and talent management, and developing employer positioning as well as personnel marketing strategies and measures to recruit and retain suitable employees. Encryption on the website and access concepts in the back office protect sensitive candidate data. Development and hosting are handled in Germany, and the computing center is a Tier-3 level.

All XML interfaces are HR-XML certified, they comply fully with the standards of the international HR Open Standards Consortium for the Exchange of HR-relevant Data.
