Your applicants will no longer have to switch to the respective country’s website to access the job offers there. Vacancies across all locations are displayed together as part of a single search. The search results are shown within a few seconds – even when there’s a large volume of data.
An interactive map shows the available positions, which can be located specifically via the zoom function. With the “Locate me” function, applicants can – after granting respective permissions – display their position on the map and any nearby vacancies. Route planning and information on the local area can be accessed. We use map data from various geodata services (e.g. Google Maps).
Support your applicants in their job search by showing related vacancies (Similar Jobs) and special positions (Hot Jobs). The system will automatically complete words after entering a few letters in the search field. Proximity search, job alert and share functionality also positively highlight your offers.

Vacancies across all locations and countries are shown in one central job search. All job offers can be imported from an internally used system via an interface. So it is possible to connect different recruiting systems. Existing applicant management systems, HRM or ERP systems can be still be used as they are now. Thus, smaller subsidiaries without their own E-recruiting systems can manually create job offers and publish them. Usable internationally, available in all languages.
milch & zucker provides either the complete front end for the job search, or provides an API with which each function can be accessed, from job searching to the Job Subscription. Thus, deep and seamless website integration can be achieved, regardless of which Content Management System (CMS) is being used. Application forms are redirected to the respective recruiting and/or applicant management systems. Proven processes do not need to be replaced, the BeeSite Global JobBoard integrates seamlessly. HR-XML interfaces are available for data import and export. Options for integrating modules into external systems are web services (REST / JSON) and smaller HTML / JS snippets.
