Job search


Your applicants will no longer have to switch to the respective country’s website to access the job offers there. Vacancies across all locations are displayed together as part of a single search. The search results are shown within a few seconds – even when there’s a large volume of data.



An interactive map shows the available positions, which can be located specifically via the zoom function. With the “Locate me” function, applicants can – after granting respective permissions – display their position on the map and any nearby vacancies. Route planning and information on the local area can be accessed. We use map data from various geodata services (e.g. Google Maps).

Other premium functions


Support your applicants in their job search by showing related vacancies (Similar Jobs) and special positions (Hot Jobs). The system will automatically complete words after entering a few letters in the search field. Proximity search, job alert and share functionality also positively highlight your offers.

CD-compliant design


The design follows your corporate design 100%, i.e. the look & feel of your company or careers website. This way, you ensure a consistent candidate experience at a critical point in the recruiting process: when general interest becomes more specific and the applicant becomes interested in certain positions. The job search is optimised for all mobile devices with responsive and adaptive design. This means that your candidates can search for your vacancies from anywhere, at all times.

Automated and standardised

Vacancies across all locations and countries are shown in one central job search. All job offers can be imported from an internally used system via an interface. So it is possible to connect different recruiting systems. Existing applicant management systems, HRM or ERP systems can be still be used as they are now. Thus, smaller subsidiaries without their own E-recruiting systems can manually create job offers and publish them. Usable internationally, available in all languages.

milch & zucker provides either the complete front end for the job search, or provides an API with which each function can be accessed, from job searching to the Job Subscription. Thus, deep and seamless website integration can be achieved, regardless of which Content Management System (CMS) is being used. Application forms are redirected to the respective recruiting and/or applicant management systems. Proven processes do not need to be replaced, the BeeSite Global JobBoard integrates seamlessly. HR-XML interfaces are available for data import and export. Options for integrating modules into external systems are web services (REST / JSON) and smaller HTML / JS snippets.



Regarding security, milch & zucker is certified according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2005 – and not only the data centre, but also the company itself. Website encryption and back office access concepts protect sensitive browser data. Development and distribution are handled in Germany, the hosting is done at a data centre with a tier 3 level.

Certified standard


All XML interfaces are HR-XML certified, they comply fully with the standards of the international HR Open Standards Consortium for the Exchange of HR-relevant Data. The HR Open Standards Consortium is a non-profit association that aims to standardise global data exchange in human resource management.
