Situation:
In 2012, Robert Bosch GmbH was looking for a new lead agency to support centralised personnel marketing in Germany as well as in HR departments at more than 60 decentralised locations.Task:
Developing and establishing a process to receive, process and implement personnel marketing measures across Germany. With special focus on creating job and image ads as well as the complete ad handling process.
Solution:
Providing an exclusive, central hotline and a central mail system to channel all decentralised requests from the Bosch client. Using a ticket system as well as a fixed Bosch team to enable the structured processing of all incoming orders.
