Situation:
The hammer, the Hornbach brand signet, is a symbol for quality and cost-effectiveness throughout Europe. But what does it mean in regard to employees? To remain on a growth course in the future as well, that is exactly what needs to be determined. As brand leadership is something familiar, they go the distance.Task:
Collecting the relevant arguments for starting or remaining with the hardware store chain. Also considering the international structure. Focus on a proper brand model and development of the employer promise as the bottom line.Solution:
All throughout Germany, focus groups with employees were conducted. The HR colleagues from several European countries were included in the process of focusing the results via video conference. In the end, an analogue employer brand model based on the Hornbach brand model was the result.
