Globally, the energy company employs around 80,000 people, roughly 6,000 of which are from Germany. The best-known brands of the company located in Bochum are ARAL and Castrol. And BP has a lot to offer. That fact shall be embedded even further in the hearts and minds of potential employees.Task:
Analysing employer attractiveness, developing a strategically sound employer brand as a basis for a fitting communication strategy to appeal to different target audiences.Solution:
Assessment via focus groups, interviews, secondary/competition analysis and EVP workshop. Essential point: “Our work is characterised by thinking, looking ahead, deciding.
