The repositioning of the Webasto Group (One Webasto) has resulted in the need to develop a global employer brand.
This new umbrella employer brand must apply to the entire Webasto Group, and must allow for regional variations in country- and target audience-specific communications.Task:
- Develop a global employer brand in consideration of specific national perspectives and the “One Webasto” corporate brand.
- Analyse employer attractiveness in the USA, China, and Germany
- Develop a global communication strategy based on internal and external higher order communicative principles building on this analysis
