Situation:
The Webasto group is one of the 100 largest suppliers in the automotive industry. Webasto always creates true added value for mobility with innovative sunroofs, panorama roofs, convertible roofs, and auxiliary heating systems – always a popular choice in the winter.
The repositioning of the Webasto Group (One Webasto) has resulted in the need to develop a global employer brand.

This new umbrella employer brand must apply to the entire Webasto Group, and must allow for regional variations in country- and target audience-specific communications.Task:

  • Develop a global employer brand in consideration of specific national perspectives and the “One Webasto” corporate brand.
  • Analyse employer attractiveness in the USA, China and Germany
  • Develop a global communication strategy based on internal and external higher-order communicative principles building on this analysis

Without the “WE” there is no Webasto.

The unique Webasto plus is present in our actions and our products.
