Swiss International Air Lines has to handle not only large numbers of applications, but also recruit specialists and pilots, whose application process is very different and specific. Furthermore, vacant positions have so far not been able to be shown clearly and appealingly.Task:
An applicant management system was required that supported both automated as well as individual application processes. Additionally, the job search on the career website needed to be revised and, step by step, expansions such as online tests should be integrated.Solution:
The SWISS now works with the BeeSite Recruiting Edition, enabling them to accommodate the different application processes. A job exchange was constructed as well, through which all vacant positions of the company can be accessed and that includes a personal applicant area of the job market (after login).
