Situation:
hanseWasser is the largest private service provider for water and waste water in Northern Germany. For current tasks and new business areas, suitable staff have to be recruited – especially over the coming years, as it is already foreseeable that age-related retirements will require the acquisition of new employees.Task:
Efficient analysis of the employer attractiveness with a focus on “middle class” as well as deriving core statements for future personnel marketing across target audiences.Solution:
Conducting the assessment in cooperation with Universum Communications while including representatives from management, employees and the external target audience. Five central aspects of attractiveness, fields of action and core messages to the target audiences were determined as a result, laying the foundations for further measures.
