Situation:
The Commerzbank is the second largest major bank of Germany with more than 50,000 employees in over 50 countries. At the end of 2012, the search for an internationally viable E-recruiting software providing an adaptable system for several clients on the basis of a “Global Template” began as part of the project “Recruiting 2015”. Commerzbank AG in Germany, but also subsidiaries and offices abroad, each have their own applicant target audiences, and therefore their own, different work flows.Task:
Introducing an E-recruiting software as a consistent software solution for the global recruiting/applicant management process. All demands by Commerzbank in regard to security, SAP integration, flexible inclusion of committees such as works committees or severely handicapped employee representatives, both at the headquarters in Frankfurt as in the locations throughout Germany must be satisfied.Solution:
Cost effectiveness by standardisation meets individuality for the clients: The entire job publishing and applicant management process is displayed in the BeeSite Recruiting Edition. Interfaces provide seamless import of permanent position data, data transfer between BeeSite and the internal bank SAP-HRM system, the intranet and a comfortable and secure single-sign-on from the SAP portal. Furthermore, milch & zucker has provided a coupling of the recruiting process steps in the system and the ticket system of the Commerzbank for the goal-oriented support of the Shared Service Team. For an optimal candidate experience, job ads with the global corporate design are used, and the job search is made easier by way of the map; job-specific online application forms are provided. The job market is designed to be used with mobile devices and offers additional features such as “bookmarking” job ads (Jobflagger), sending fitting jobs per e-mail (job subscription), an overview of the statuses of applications, viewing e-mails from Commerzbank or editing the applicant profile. Since going live in 2013, connecting the applicants to the applicant management of the subsidiaries and international branches happens continually according to a set roll-out plan.
