Do IT specialists choose a company that fits them, when choosing employers? Yes, cultural fit is of increased important as applicants have a free choice of positions. The tools and technologies used are also important. These, however, differ from team to team and depend on the function even within one company.
So how can people looking for jobs access this specific information before a meeting in person? Just in time for the Personalmanagementkongress 2017, Telekom and milch & zucker are starting a pilot project to that end: team-specific online platforms to get in touch with candidates directly and to provide information on the working conditions of the team.
Ute Neher (head of recruitment marketing Deutsche Telekom) and Ingolf Teetz (CEO milch & zucker) will elaborate on the technological recruiting solution and the required organisational challenges as part of their presentation at PMK2017 on 29th June from 11:45 – 12:45 at the expert session of panel II.
