Our candidate management software wins for the fifth time in a row

Each year, the ICR – Institute for Competitive Recruiting – selects Germany’s best candidate management system. To do so, they send users detailed surveys covering individual functions and their importance for their everyday work, along with other issues. The rankings focus on finding the system with the best, unrestricted practical functionality.

Series winner from Gießen

Over 1,400 customers of e-recruiting software providers have given their opinions. We are proud to announce the result: The BeeSite Recruiting Edition has defended its title in the category “Companies with 501 hires p.a.”. This means our e-recruiting software has brought this coveted award home to Gießen every year since 2016. Due to the coronavirus, this time the prize was awarded at the “ICR Digital Recruiting Days 2020.”

BeeSite stood out especially for offering good communication with departments, options for comparing candidates, and data security. In addition, our candidate management system impresses with a very good price-performance ratio.

Thinking ahead with artificial intelligence

No matter how proud we are of our award, we aren’t resting on our laurels. We continue to develop our BeeSite to help you find optimal candidates and ensure the best possible recruiter experience. We are launching our own AI department as part of this effort.

One example of a current development is our Augmented Writing System “BeeSite BetterAds” for easily optimizing job ads. This allows users to easily and intuitively generate up to 75 % more applications. Currently, BetterAds is already available as a stand-alone solution or as part of a JobStairs membership. Soon, it will also be available in the BeeSite Recruiting Edition. This makes creating AI-powered job ads even easier.
