Partnership between ARCUS and milch & zucker, with a focus on product development and sales.
ARCUS Capital AG holding company from Munich, alongside its co-investor Aheim Capital, is purchasing a significant minority share in milch & zucker AG from Gießen. The company will continue to be led by its co-founder Ingolf Teetz and fellow board member David Rosenberg.
With the acquisition, ARCUS is supplementing its existing portfolio of industrial,media, consumer goods and online companies with an innovative HR software solution provider. By doing so, the company is pursuing its strategy of investing in mid-sized companies that are leaders in their market segments.
