Bad Nauheim, 20th November 2017 – The consulting and software company for talent acquisition and talent management, milch & zucker, has been strengthened. Since August, Patric Cloos has been part of the business’ extended management. He has taken over the important role of Head of Employer Branding and Communications and so forms the dual leadership of Consultation and Creation with Kai Pawlik. The 52 year old from Mainz is no new-comer to the industry: As a former shareholder and manager of a well-known HR Marketing agency, Patric Cloos has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of employer branding, HR marketing and recruiting. One of his responsibilities at milch & zucker is a creating a stronger connection between HR marketing and talent solutions, to be able to offer customers forward-looking solutions.
“It is our goal to not only maintain milch & zucker’s position in the market, but also to continuously expand further. So someone as experienced as Patric is an ideal fit for us”, says CCO Kai Pawlik. “Above all, we are expecting that he will bring an increased consultation and service quality, as well as new impulses, to convince customers of our strengths even more.” For Patric Cloos the change is a welcome continuation, to specifically introduce his extensive repertoire of experience. In doing so, he attaches great importance to respectful cooperation in a creative environment: “If you want to offer customers the best possible solutions, then everything else has to be the best too. At milch & zucker, the feeling I had from the beginning was that everyone here, from the apprentices to the board of directors, is pulling together. Patric Cloos’ commitment to milch & zucker is one of several steps towards change. At the beginning of 2018, the company is relocating its head office from Bad Nauheim to Gießen. From there, around 120 employees will continue to provide customers from a wide variety of industries with creative ideas and innovative solutions for the recruitment of the future.
