What would a company be without its employees? More than just a “resource”, the human factor is becoming more and more important to companies – a quick glance at Jobstairs or another job search engine proves the demand for experts, professionals and specialists, especially in the IT field. HR Tech Outlook Magazine agreed, and took a closer look at different solutions from European providers who use software products to support companies in attracting, recruiting, and retaining new employees.
Our customer-oriented solution was highlighted in particular, which Ingolf understands as a “red pill, blue pill” approach. Standardised programs don’t serve as a complete solution for customers. We, on the other hand, offer adaptable recruiting processes and an easy transition from paper-based to digitised processes. Our relationship with Lufthansa was named as another positive point, since we provide smart filtering mechanisms for handling large numbers of candidates, thereby significantly reducing the time needed for the recruiting process.
We couldn’t be more proud – especially because we’ve proven ourselves in international competition. Next stop, 1st place!
