Union Investment the biggest climber

Union Investment was awarded fifth place in this year’s Potentialpark ranking for online applications. That means that its expert on investment fund has risen an impressive 91 ranks! “Along side improvements to the process and candidate preparation, the implementation of our mobile job market with the option of mobile applications was crucial to the significant improvement.”, reveals Daniela Czybik, senior recruitment spokesperson for corporate HR.

The good result is based on our software solution “BeeSite Recruiting Edition”, which provides both the job market and the online application for candidates, as well as all the job posting and applicant management for the back office. Union Investment offers an applicant-friendly online form, allowing applications to be submitted in less than 5 minutes. Since 2015, everything has been optimised for mobile use – from the job ads to the online application, so it can be submitted on a mobile device as well.

Also among the top 30 is Tchibo, another of our customers with a respectable 24th place out of a total of 165 companies examined for their online applications.

Deutsche Telekom’s fourth place in the online application category is in large thanks to our contributions, as the applicant interface is based on the software solution “BeeSite Global Jobboard”: The map, the job search, the job ads and the suggestion of similar job offers all stem from milch & zucker in regards to design and implementation – everything is optimised for mobile use and customised for the candidate and customer’s requests.

Customers of ours have also scored great results in the Germany Mobile rankings. The mobile use of career websites and career apps were evaluated. Job searches played a particularly large role in this ranking. We are happy to have been a part of the successful performance of 5 companies in the top 30: Porsche, Telekom, Tchibo, PwC and Continental.
