Bad Nauheim, 24/11/2017 – A joint pioneering project by milch & zucker and German Telekom was honoured during the 2017 HR Excellence Awards. The collaboration focused on a team recruiting website specially developed for IT experts. The site was consistently designed with the needs of the target audience in mind, to help IT professionals find what they’re looking for more quickly: Positions with exciting duties in an expert team that matches their abilities.
Job seekers can filter positions based on the skills and programming tools used – along with detailed information on future team members.Each year, the HR Excellence Awards honour innovative and forward-thinking projects in HR management that add fresh perspectives to HR work through creative thinking. Telekom joined with milch & zucker to take 1st place in the “Career website (Group)” category for a jointly developed concept.

Instead, they want to know what they’re working on and who they’re working with. The team recruiting website provides all this information, including concrete project insights. “Half of all IT experts want to get to know the team during their interviews. “We are using this innovative approach to turn earlier communication models on their heads. Our team pages fill the vacuum that existed in the past between classic career websites and classic job searches, summarises Ute Neher, Head of Personnel Marketing at Deutsche Telekom. “Combined with social sharing opportunities for easily sharing with friends or posting on professional forums, or for a team job subscription. We have built a page that shows what makes Telekom unique: our teams and the people behind them.”
