TISAX audit for automotive suppliers completed successfully

milch & zucker passes strict audit of information security

As a software supplier and employer branding agency, milch & zucker doesn’t look like a typical automotive supplier. Our applicant management system, however, is in high demand in the automotive industry. Because of this, we are required to fulfil the sector’s specialised and exacting requirements for information security and for handling personal data.We do fulfil them to the highest level, as recently certified by KPMG when it completed the TISAX audit. Auditors took a close look at our work and IT processes and relevant process documentation during the audit.TISAX stands for “Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange” and is an information security standard developed by the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA – German Association of the Automotive Industry). The TISAX certificate gives automotive manufacturers and suppliers the certainty that milch & zucker fulfils high requirements when handling sensitive data.Passing the TISAX audit is further proof of our strong commitment to security and quality. In addition, we complete an annual certification process in accordance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. This helps ensure all of our customers and partners, even those outside of the automotive industry, can rely on information confidentiality, availability and integrity.
