then, plans for new marketing strategies for our software products have been moving full speed ahead.
Exciting impetus for sales“We have an ambitious business plan” says CEO Ingolf Teetz. “Because of this, we definitely wanted an ambitious and young talented employee” Teetz continues, praising 55 year-old Müller. “But seriously: We were open to anything at first. When Stephan got in contact with us, we both found we were a really good match” notes COO David Rosenberg. Stephan has many years of experience at both nationally and internationally oriented software companies.
These range from companies of our size to ones with over 15,000 employees. Over the last roughly two and a half decades, he has held a variety of different positions – from general management to global sales.
New challenge in the e-recruiting field
Stephan is 55 years young, and got his start as an economist with a focus on marketing. The avid motorcycle rider has been happily married for over 30 years, and is the father of a grown son. Stephan looks forward to traveling with his wife again once the situation permits to pursue his second biggest hobby: learning about other people, countries and cultures.

Our BeeSite Recruiting Edition® is made & hosted in Germany and has won the comparison test for “Best candidate management system for group companies” for many years. It can be used on-premise or as a private cloud. Thanks to our partnership with ARCUS – which clearly focused on product development and sales at the start of the year – we have already set the stage for continued growth.
The BeeSite Recruiting Edition will soon be available to “non-group companies” as well, based on recurring surveys of mid-sized enterprises. The modern and intuitive mid-sized company solution will differ from cloud solutions, partially because it will be available as a private cloud solution. “The forward-thinking recruiting management solution will adapt flexibly to the current and future challenges of our customers, while at the same time offering a high level of security for their investment and an improved total cost of ownership” says Stephan Müller.

2021 will be an exciting year
Many companies see 2021 as a challenge. We believe the crisis is an opportunity for innovation and technology. For us, and for our customers. That is why we continue to develop our recruiting management software, both standardizing the solution and making it more modular. We are streamlining processes, including our own. Our milch & zucker crew is working remotely whenever possible. We are working in an even more digitized manner than ever before – in every area. We are collaborating. We are consolidating. Above all: We are working at full speed to develop a modern solution for mid-sized companies, who have a strong need for flexibility paired with outstanding security. This is why we are expanding our staff.
Around 40 new colleagues will be joining the milch & zucker family by the end of Q1 2022, ready to develop exciting solutions for corporate groups and mid-sized companies. There’s a lot happening here in western Gießen.
