How about more applications, faster processes, and lower costs!
Artificial intelligence is a hot topic. However, it also comes with a lot of questions, particularly in the recruiting field. Is AI a good tool for use in recruiting? Can it really save companies time and money? Will artificial intelligence replace human employees? And, above all: How can companies protect data security, and their own algorithms?
Technologies with added value
For us at milch & zucker AI is nothing new. We have been working with AI and deep learning for over five years, integrating them into our solutions over time. This is because, as a specialist in HR Marketing and HR Software with over 20 years of experience, we have not only a 360 degree understanding of recruiting, but of technology as well. Our goal is always to make complex technologies easier to use, generating added value to optimize recruiting processes and deliver an exciting customer journey. We rely on the real intelligence behind AI
Because of this, our growing in-house AI department helps us deliver the right answers to the AI questions of today – and of tomorrow, as well. The department is headquartered in Gießen, with close research and data hosting connections to our own servers in Frankfurt am Main. Of course, all of our services are always GDPR conforming and DIN-ISO certified. That means we, and our customers, know where our data is located. We want to inspire courage, not fear
AI specialist Dr. Olena Linnyk leads milch & zucker. She is responsible for developing AI solutions in the digital HR area. After completing her Ph.D., Dr. Lynnik changed her focus from Monte Carlo simulations in transport models to data science and AI. This was an important shift for her. Today, she loves using innovative AI methods to solve seemingly unsolvable HR problems alongside her team. This includes filtering gender bias out of job ads, predicting click rates for websites, training chat bots, helping computers with creative writing, and simply continuously improving job searches for candidates by helping AI systems learn specialist language.AI for practical use, based on practice
While other companies are still just talking about AI, milch & zucker is already using AI tools in our everyday business. Over the last few years, we have already successfully integrated multiple innovative solutions in projects and products. As a pioneer in artificial intelligence in recruiting, we love dealing with complex topics like deep learning, natural language processing, vector spaces and other issues – so you don’t have to. Instead, you can imply use our AI solutions “made & hosted in Germany.” They are a great way, for instance, to easily generate more applications, shorten your time-to-hire, optimize recruiting processes or reduce time and expense.Examples of AI-based solutions from milch & zucker
